1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the niceph11 website or mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with niceph11 and confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all services provided through the niceph11 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, eBingo, online poker, and any promotional activities. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels, which include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and selected e-wallets. • Deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless otherwise stated.

• niceph11 does not guarantee any outcome from games played with bonus funds. Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only.

6 Game Rules and Betting

8 Responsible Gaming
